ENERGY BALANCE TECHNIQUE
To Improve Memory & Reduce Brain Fog

Use this simple energy balance technique to help improve memory, slow a racing mind and reduce brain fog.  It's very unique and incredibly effective.

I was introduced to this particular brain gym technique many years ago and was so impressed I thought I would make it available for you here as a free pdf file below. I still use this simple method on a regular basis.

I have found it to be very effective for my children too. Assisting them with learning in school, a fun exercise they enjoy. It seemed to quiet down and clear their mind - they balanced it!

I have come to learn that some school teachers have introduced these and other similar neuroscience type exercises into their classrooms to help quiet the children down too.

Lets be honest, many of us face the challenge in one way or another of 'forgetting things' or complain we have difficulty and 'can't seem to turn off our racing mind' to allow for any peace and relaxation.

I find this particular energy balance technique very helpful for concentration too.  As the act of doing this will balance the left and right side of the brain according to this pseudoscience idea.

Some of us can however, feel the opposite effect and have a more fatigue feeling or a tired mind and body. Equally effective in this case too.  This type of 'brain fog' or mental fog and dullness, seems so much more common today.


BRAIN FOODS

I would make the habit, for myself and my children, to consume these "top brain foods" below for a couple of days prior to an exam or having to memorize and learn something new.

  • Blueberries
  • Eggs
  • Popcorn
  • Oily fish
  • Coconut oil
  • Green Tea
  • Ginkgo Biloba 
  • Rosemary
  • L-Tyrosine


Ginkgo Biloba is said to improve cognitive function and memory in addition to many other known health benefits.  

A great amino acid for alertness is L-tyrosine found in fish and eggs to mention a few, while blueberries are powerful antioxidants known to protect brain cells.

Did you know that by smelling rosemary with its strong scent is said to help you 'remember things'?

And last but not least, green tea has been used by the chinese for centuries for mental health.

Of course add this brain balance technique, before bed AND in the morning  and you have armed yourself with the best possible outcome.
